Why Araceli Beauty?

We only make beauty products we think should exist! Before Araceli Beauty, we noticed many people were confused about how to use makeup and that premium and affordable products simply were not available in the beauty space. After years of dedication, we launched in 2018 as an online, direct-to-consumer brand. Our focus is on budget-friendly, cruelty-free, high-quality products that are easy-to-use and accessible to everyone!

MY TRACKING SAYS DELIVERED BUT IT HAS NOT BEEN DELIVERED?!

Occasionally, couriers update the shipping status to "Delivered" before the package actually arrives. In these cases, your shipment should arrive the next business day.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes! Sí! Oui! 好的! Worldwide shipping varies by country. A shipping estimate will be given during checkout before payment.

HOW CAN I GET ON YOUR PR LIST?!

Thank you for your interest! We’re grateful for the overwhelming support, but we’re unable to process PR requests at this time due to the high volume of messages. The best way to catch our eye is to use our products on Instagram and TAG US! We love seeing your creativity through tagged photos and are always on the lookout for new artists to collaborate with. Thanks so much for your support!

ARE YOUR PRODUCTS CRUELTY-FREE?

Yes! All Araceli Beauty products are certified cruelty-free. We never test on animals. Pepe wouldn’t approve!

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

Shipping within the USA is a flat rate of $4.99. Enjoy FREE shipping on orders over $60 (excluding sales tax or shipping costs) within the USA. Worldwide shipping rates vary by country.

ARE ARACELI  BEAUTY PRODUCTS SOLD AT ANY OTHER RETAILERS?

Currently, our products are sold exclusively at aracelibeauty.com

I PLACED AN ORDER. WHEN WILL MY PACKAGE ARRIVE?

We process and ship orders on the same or next business day, Monday through Friday. Orders placed from Friday evening through Sunday will be processed Monday morning.

I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER CONFIRMATION, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

What if I received a damaged product?

Uh oh! If a product arrives damaged, we’ll replace it upon receiving the package. Please email photos of the damaged item, including the packing slip, to hola@aracelibeauty.com

Do you accept returns?

Due to health and safety standards, we cannot accept returns once your order has been processed. Unprocessed orders are eligible for a full refund. If you wish to cancel your order or have any questions please email us at hola@aracelibeauty.com.
