We only make beauty products we think should exist! Before Araceli Beauty, we noticed many people were confused about how to use makeup and that premium and affordable products simply were not available in the beauty space.
After years of development, we launched Araceli Beauty in 2018 as an online-only, direct-to-consumer brand focused on creating budget-friendly, cruelty-free, high-quality beauty products that are easy-to-use and accessible to everyone!

Sometimes the courier updates the shipping status to "Delivered" prior to the actual delivery, in these cases shipments usually arrive the next business day.

ARE YOUR PRODUCTS CRUELTY-FREE?
Yes! All of our products are certified cruelty-free! Our products are never tested on animals, Pepe would not like that!

$4.99 flat rate shipping within the USA. FREE shipping on orders (not including sales tax or shipping) over $50 within the USA. Worldwide shipping varies by country.

I PLACED AN ORDER. WHEN WILL MY PACKAGE ARRIVE?
We process and ship orders same or next business day, Monday-Friday. Orders placed Friday evening through Sunday will be processed Monday morning.
I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER CONFIRMATION, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

What if I received a damaged product?
Uh oh! If a product arrives damaged we will replace it upon receipt of the package. In order to send a replacement, we do ask that you email us photos of the damaged product, including packing slip, to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Do you accept returns?
