"I ordered this duo but only received the black gel pencil liner. I was very disappointed but what was worse is the pencil was soooooooo dry! I sharpened it to try to get to another layer and unfortunately it was the same thing. Very dry. I’ve bought this liner before and I absolutely love it and I’m almost out but I’m scared of buying again and it being dry again!"
