Araceli Beauty Lashes Subscription FAQ

How often will my orders be shipped?
Your monthly Lash subscription will be sent out every 30 days. Your first refill shipment will ship 30 days from your original ship date.

What savings do I get for signing up for a subscription?
You will receive 15% Off every pair of lashes, plus FREE shipping on every subscription order.

When will I be billed?
Your subscription will automatically renew every 30 days from the original date of purchase.

How do I cancel my monthly subscription?
Subscriptions can be canceled online in your account at least 5 days prior to your next billing date. You can also contact us at hola@aracelibeauty.com if you need help.

 To manage your subscription:

  • Log into your account and click "Manage Subscription"
  • Under the "Subscriptions" tab you have either "Cancel", “Skip” or "Edit" your subscription.

Please note: Orders are processed immediately. You may cancel your subscription online within your account at any time, email requests must be sent 5 days in advance of the next billing date. 

How do I skip my monthly subscription? 
Haven't had a chance to enjoy your lashes yet, we understand. Don't worry, you can easily skip a month or two in your account online or you can also contact us at hola@aracelibeauty.com if you need help.

To skip your subscription:

  • Log into your account and click "Manage Subscription"
  • Under the "Delivery Schedule" tab you can simply select the shipment that you would like to skip.

Please note: Orders are processed immediately. You may cancel your subscription at any time, however, if your order has already been processed and shipped your subscription will be canceled for all future orders.

How do I update my payment information for my subscription?
If you need to update your payment information for your subscription you can easily manage this in your account online, or contact us at hola@aracelibeauty.com and we’d be happy to help.

To modify your subscription payment information:

  • Log into your account and click "Manage Subscription"
  • Under the "Billing Information" tab you can select "Edit" under "Card On File" Please note this will update your payment information for future shipments. If you have a pending subscription order being held due to a payment error please contact us at hola@aracelibeauty.com to resolve this issue.
